We begin processing orders the same or next business day. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll get the tracking number by email when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Yes — all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, at the same rates as everywhere else: free at $100 or more, $19.99 flat under $100. We don’t ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories.

Photograph the box and item and contact us within 7 days of delivery — transit damage is on us, not you. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Changed your mind: if it’s unused and in original packaging, send it back within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange — your pick. No restocking fees. Need a label? We can create the return shipping label for you — its cost is simply deducted from your refund once the items arrive and pass inspection.
• Our fault (wrong, defective, or damaged item): we cover all shipping both ways and fix it fast.

One honest note: a kite, wing or parawing that has been unrolled and inflated counts as used — we resell every return as new, so please size and study before rigging.

We’ll swap it. Unlike buying brand-direct (no exchanges, return shipping on you), we do true size exchanges on unworn waterwear — tell us the size you need and we’ll get it moving. Check the size chart on each product page first; when in doubt, ask.

We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival. Once approved, we issue the refund immediately; most banks post it within 5–10 business days. Store credit, if chosen, is available immediately after approval and never expires.

We work to keep our prices aligned with North and Mystic’s official US retail. Found a lower advertised price on identical current-year gear at another authorized US dealer? Email the link and we’ll review it for a price match.

If something you bought from us drops in price within 7 days of your order, we’ll credit you the difference as store credit. One adjustment per order — just ask.

The on-site advisor answers sizing and setup questions computed from official North and Mystic data. Conversations (including chat and voice transcripts) may be retained for up to 90 days and reviewed to operate, secure, and improve the service. If your privacy choices allow targeted advertising, we may record limited product-interest signals from the conversation so ads can show relevant gear; we do not send the transcript to advertising platforms.
