Shipping policy

Rates. Standard shipping is $19.99. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Where we ship. All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Processing. We begin processing orders the same or next business day. Orders may ship from a fulfillment-partner warehouse.

Transit. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations. You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships — email support@highwindsupply.com with your order number. Once a shipment is in transit, changes are handled through our return process.
