Welcome to Highwind Supply. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and accuracy. We work to keep every listing accurate — specifications, imagery, pricing, and availability are synchronized with our suppliers. If we discover a material error in a listing affecting your order (for example an incorrect price), we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — you'll always be refunded in full for anything we cancel.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Cancellations and changes. Allowed any time before your order ships.

Returns and warranty. Governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply to all North and Mystic products; we coordinate claims with the manufacturer.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use content from this site (including product imagery and text) without permission.

Intellectual property. All site content is owned by Highwind Supply or licensed from our suppliers and protected by law.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the manufacturer's warranty or your statutory rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
