The Vortex is a 3/2mm neoprene jacket for cold, windy days on and around the water. MX2 neoprene keeps the wind and water off, the hood adjusts and drains, and an off-centre front zip with a magnetic placket keeps the closure out of your way. There is a spreader bar hole so you can wear it with a harness, a waterproof Fidlock chest pocket for the things you want dry, and zipped waist pockets that let water run back out.
