What makes it work.
Super-efficient low-end power
A deep profile and stiff frame enable efficient power delivery to get you up on foil without needing to pump. The wing's framing is very stiff and reactive, for direct power and forward drive.
Balanced load distribution
The entry profile has been refined for more positive nose-lift through manoeuvres. Weight is concentrated in the wing’s centre, keeping the tips and canopy light with a low swing weight.
Thinner Leading Edge
Reduced LE diameter creates a lighter weight, more agile and streamlined wing, with a slimmer overall profile, for reduced drag and better upwind angles. Carbon UDi helps maintain stiffness.
Lighter and more precise handling
Refined outline and profile section, reduced tip-to-tip span, less swept LE, and reduced radius toward the tips for easier handling and stability, especially in lighter wind.
Balanced trailering
Uniquely shaped dihedral helps you maintain a stable, neutral position when trailering, and slightly more wingtip profile helps the wing fly on more of a 45-degree angle, reducing tip-strike.
Radiate Geometric Panel Layout
The radial panel cuts with load diffusers on the strut and wingtips help distribute tension more evenly in defined load directions, for a cleaner canopy with less distortion and reduced drag.
Reduced tip-strike
The lower span width means you’re less likely to catch a wingtip, while the wingtip curvature means if you do touch the water, there’s less drag and an improved chance of recovery.
Refined, weight-saving design
Engineered to feel as light as possible with thinner LE, lightest bladders, fewer LE segments and seams, no scuff guards, and N-HTRS canopy material – it handles like a much smaller wing.
Carbon UDi Technology
Lightweight anti-deflection UD carbon tapes are run inside the entire leading edge for additional support, resulting in an even more reactive airframe that snaps back into shape faster.
Stiff N-Weave45 Airframe
High-tensile woven fiber with a 45-deg laminate for biaxial and torsional control, lower deflection and movement. N-Weave45 creates a stiffer, lighter rig with highly efficient power delivery.
